Nashville. A burglar in the US state of Tennessee has lost his love of order. He left a list of houses that he wanted to raid next.
At a crime scene, he left a notebook with a list of houses that he was planning to visit next, the Davidson County prosecutor said on Monday (local time). The 49-year-old long finger is accused of smashing a glass door of a property in the greater area at the end of January, and stealing a television and a weapon.
However, he afforded a carelessness that was to provide the police with valuable help in clearing up the case: there were several addresses on the list in his notebook, including that of a house a few kilometers away that had been broken into on the same day as that The Tennessean newspaper reported. Investigators tracked down the suspect – in part through notes that his daughter and her address had scribbled in the booklet.
