Automobile: Formula E: Swiss disappoint in Chile – Sports News: Others

Little success since the start of the season, with the exception of Edoardo Mortara in the second run (4th), the Swiss experienced another frustrating race in Chile in the third race.

The best Swiss ranking is to be credited to Bernese Nico Muller, eleventh. The Vaudois Sebastien Buemi finished thirteenth. Neither of them scored a point. For their part, the Genevese Edoardo Mortara and the Bernese Neel Jani were forced to retire.

The race was won by the German Maximilian Gunther, who signed his first Formula E victory, followed by the Portuguese Antonio Felix Da Costa and the New Zealander Mitch Evans.

At the end of this third round, Stoffel Vandoorne dominated the driver classification with 38 points. Alexander Sims is close behind (35 points) and Sam Bird completes the podium (28 points). Mortara is in tenth place with 18 points. Muller, Buemi and Jani, however, still do not have the slightest unit and vegetate in the 20th, 21st and 23rd ranks.
