Voltalia maintains its 2020 targets despite the Covid-19

update of the terms of the public offer following the dividend proposed by Ingenico

Voltalia reports 2019 accounts with an EBITDA of Energy sales down by 10 million euros: the increase and diversification of installed capacity mitigated the impact of 20 million euros linked to price increases not recurrent in 2018 in Brazil.

The Group’s net income came to 4.6 million euros, of which 13.3 million euros in the second half.

The 2020 targets are maintained in a less predictable environment due to the Covid-19 crisis. The objectives of reaching 1 GW and 160-180 million euros in EBITDA are maintained.

“The plants currently in operation and under construction will generate 180 million euros of EBITDA per year once the construction is complete,” confirms the group.
