While the live-action of Mulan goes out to the cinema on March 25, Disney has just found the protagonists of the one on Peter Pan. Variety indeed reports this Wednesday that Mickey’s house has chosen Ever Anderson to play Wendy and Alexander Molony to interpret Peter Pan.
Daughter of the actress Milla Jovovich and the director Paul W. S. Anderson, Ever Anderson is also in the casting of the film Black widow, in theaters on April 29, in which she played the agent Natasha Romanoff during her childhood.
Entitled Peter and Wendy, like the original work written by James Matthew Barry in 1902, the live-action adapted from the animated film released in 1953 will be produced by David Lowery ((Green knight, Peter and Elliott the dragon). The filmmaker also attended Toby Halbrooks writing the script. Originally intended for an exclusive release on the SVOD Disney + platform, the feature film, whose production should start in April in Canada, will finally be screened in theaters on an as yet unknown date.
