Thanks to this operation, the firm also becomes part of the Hispajuris network.
Alier Abogados has completed the integration into its structure of Alonso y Asociados, a firm founded in 1986 by lawyer and economist José Luis Alonso Iglesias, which has seven professionals. It is a law firm specialized in the banking sector, as well as insurance and matters such as bankruptcy, commercial or corporate law, among other practices.
For its part, Alier is an office that was born last November with the support of Grupo Atisa, a company specialized in outsourcing labor and financial. Currently, it has eighteen lawyers. Thanks to this operation, the firm becomes part of the Hispajuris network, made up of more than thirty-five law firms, and which in total has a team that exceeds six hundred professionals.
The incorporation of Alonso y Asociados to Alier Abogados is a further step in the process of expansion and growth that the firm has set in its strategic plan, both organically and through mergers with other firms and teams. The objective is to become a benchmark firm in advising companies.
With this movement, in addition to the practices it already had, Alier reinforces itself with an eye toward areas with potential in the short and medium term, such as insolvency, an activity with a long history in the coming months.
