Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns is the winner of the NBA 2K Players Tournament.

The shooting guard prevailed in the final in two games against his teammate Deandre Ayton.

Booker will receive $ 100,000 in prize money, which he can donate to a corona aid of his choice.

Booker won game one in the final with the Houston Rockets against Aytons controlled Los Angeles Lakers with 72:62, in the second duel Booker decided for the Denver Nuggets and prevailed with 74:62 against Aytons Milwaukee Bucks.

Booker spurns his suns

On the way to the final, Booker had previously prevailed against Michael Porter Jr. (Denver Nuggets), Rui Hachimura (Washington Wizards) and Montrezl Harrell (Los Angeles Clippers).

Booker never played with his Suns because his NBA 2K20 replica was said to have been completely screwed up. Ayton, on the other hand, chose the Suns in a semi-final match when he threw Clippers guard Patrick Beverley out of the tournament.

Booker’s victory is anything but a surprise as the Suns player is part of an esports team and is seen more frequently on Call of Duty even during the season.
