Amine Harit spoke about his career planning and named FC Schalke in the same breath as one of the largest football clubs in Europe. “There are three to four in Spain, five to six in England,” replied Harit Onze Mondial when asked which clubs he found attractive. “In France, for me, only Paris Saint-Germain is bigger than Schalke. These clubs are the ones you have to look for.”
In December 2019, the 22-year-old only signed a contract extension until 2024 at FC Schalke. “I had this opportunity at Schalke and I’m proud to have signed here,” said the Moroccan.
Harit had previously significantly increased his performances at FC Schalke under coach David Wagner and was one of the top performers for the Royal Blues during the currently interrupted season. The 22-year-old currently has seven goals in 27 competitive matches.

FC Schalke 04: will Jean-Claire Todibo stay past the end of the season?
FC Schalke 04 officials are confident that they can keep Jean-Claire Todibo in Gelsenkirchen beyond the end of the 2019/20 season. The Spanish sports newspaper reports Mundo Deportivo.
The Frenchman came on loan from FC Barcelona, where he is under contract until 2023. The transfer fee for Todibo is apparently around 25 million euros, which should not be an option for the miners in the corona crisis. However, FC Schalke is trying to extend its loan contract for another season.

“There is no reason for me to leave FC,” said Katterbach Cologne city gazette and said: “1. FC Köln is my heart club, I would be happy about an extension. My consultant and I are on the right track with the club.”
FC Cologne’s sports director Horst Heldt had already mentioned Schalke’s interest in Katterbach in February. “I don’t know what Schalke 04 is doing,” said Heldt express. “It is also not that important to me. We are in contact with Noah, I cannot say more about it.”
Katterbach gained experience in 13 mandatory missions in FC Cologne’s defense before an ankle injury put him out of action in late February.
