Chocolate pudding is one of our favorite childhood memories. And as adults, we still enjoy it in between. It doesn’t have to be a ready-made pudding packet – you can easily make chocolate pudding yourself with our recipe. Perfect as a gift or to enjoy yourself!
Quantities for 6 servings
- 250 G Strength
- 75 G Cocoa powder
- 125 G Coconut blossom sugar
- 1 orange
- Weigh starch, sugar and cocoa powder. Mix well with each other and with the grated orange peel.
- Use the pudding powder directly for a pudding or fill it into a screw-top jar.
For your pudding you now need about 65 g of pudding powder on 500 ml of milk.
Which milk you want to use is up to you. The recipe works with both cow’s milk and vegetable milk such as almond milk.
Mix 100 ml of the milk with the pudding powder. Bring the rest of the milk to a boil and stir in the pudding powder. Cook the whole thing for about 3 minutes and then spread it on bowls.
If you don’t want an orange flavor, just leave out the orange peel.
