Ivan Espinosa de los Monteros He has left his positions as administrator in two promoters and in an investment company in which he had been working for more than a decade. The two real estate companies closed the 2018 financial year with a strong increase in turnover, but also of debt.
Parliamentary spokesman for Vox has ceased as administrator in the developer Premium Capital, a position he assumed in 2003. According to the latest accounts presented by the company in the Commercial Registry, for the year 2018, which this newspaper has accessed through Insight View, that exercise raised their income to 0.4 million (0.17 million turnover a year earlier).
The developer doubled his debt that same year. As of December 31, 2018, Premium Capital faced short-term debts amounting to 4.9 million euros (one million debt with banks and 3.9 million with commercial creditors), and 1.5 million in the long term.

Espinosa de los Monteros has also stepped down as administrator of Valtierra Investments, an investment company established in 2009, whose accounts this newspaper has not been able to access.
According to the announcements recently published in the BOE, in both companies a society dedicated to the production of shows of classical music, administered by a lawyer specialized in urban planning.
The Vox politician is also listed as administrator in another real estate company, Citrum, which also in 2018 shot up its income, reaching a turnover of 1.8 million euros (0.4 million in 2017), as well as its profits (0.5 million compared to 0.16 million a year earlier).
Citrum’s long-term debt, set up in September 2009, went from 0.5 million to 2.3 million from one year to another. The removal of Espinosa de los Monteros as administrator of this company has not been published in the BOE. From VOX it is indicated that he has left all his positions in companies.
Vox sources explain to Vozpopuli that Espinosa de los Monteros “handed over the administration of these companies months ago, coinciding with his arrival in politicsOn the invoicing of the companies they prefer not to make declarations since they are “exercises previous to their arrival to politics”.
The deputy included his participation in the three companies in his declaration of assets to Congress, in which he valued at 0.8 million the value in Citrum; 0.3 million in Premium; and at 3,000 euros in Inversiones Valtierra.
Espinosa de los Monteros was the last of the 350 deputies to present their declaration of assets and activities. The declaration presented that can be consulted on the Congress website is dated last November 20.
