The second relief measures will arrive on Saturday after the children’s walk and will be for physical activity and adult walks. These have been organized by hours, as Health had already announced this morning, and reflect sections for each activity.
The practice of individual sport must be without contact and outdoors and it will not be allowed to leave the municipality. It will have to be done between 6 and 10 in the morning and between 8 and 11 at night.
The same time slot will be possible for the adults to walk, who can go as a couple or with a regular caregiver. They may not go more than a kilometer from home. Both activities can be done only once a day.
For people over 70 years or dependents who have to go out with a caregiver, they will have reserved the hours from 10 to 12 in the morning and from seven to eight in the afternoon. It will be exclusively for them and, consequently, the hours for strolling with children who can leave from 12 noon to seven in the afternoon are restricted.
These measures are not valid in municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants, where activities can be carried out at any time.
The expected order arrives two days after announcement of the de-escalation plan In four phases, it has left a lot of uncertainty due to its lack of specification.
Illa stressed that Spain is, with 60%, one of the countries with the highest recovery rates and that this “is due to the strength of the National Health System”. “The State of Alarm has worked and it is essential to maintain it for the de-escalation phase,” said the minister, who called for unity: “We would not do well to confront health and politics or health and economy,” he asked.
