For the filled surprise eggs you need:
3 surprise eggs, 200 g cream cheese, 200 g cream, 30 g sugar, 1/2 lemon, physalis
Wash the lemon hot and grate the peel in a bowl. Squeeze out the juice, add the cream cheese and sugar to the bowl and stir until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the mixture. Carefully separate the two halves of the surprise eggs and spread the cream mixture in half with the help of a piping bag. Place a physalis on the egg and the filled surprise eggs are ready!
