68 Cantabrian Municipalities With Less Than 5,000 Inhabitants Are Not Subject To Hours Restrictions

They are all municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants, since according to the Cantabrian Statistical Institute (ICANE), none of the Cantabrian municipalities with between 5,000 and 10,000 residents has been able to join the list of those who enjoy freedom of time, since all of them have a population density greater than 100 inhabitants / square kilometer.

Among the measures included in the order of the Ministry of Health is the elimination of time slots in the movements of the entire population and the limit of one responsible adult and up to three children in the case of movements of children under 14 years of age.

As for sports activity, it can be practiced in the municipal area or, failing that, a maximum distance of five kilometers, including adjacent municipalities, as long as they are within the scope of the aforementioned order and belong to it. territorial unit of reference.

In the case of the neighborhood councils, since they are entities with a lower territorial scope than the municipality, ICANE has indicated that their management corresponds to each local entity.
