Indeed, on this Friday, May 22, she published a video in story, where she shares her method of being in shape after a night on call at the hospital. Still half asleep in her bed, Marine Lorphelin shares her physical state: “I slept well, it feels good. I’m still a little tired but I will motivate myself to do things”, she explains with a very small voice. On the video, she writes her program for the day : “The secret in the aftermath of daycare: set the alarm clock not too late in the day, sunbathe, possibly do sport to try to resume the normal rhythm”.
