City police quickly overpowered the suspect. The latter was placed in police custody but his hearing is made difficult because he speaks only English and Arabic, notes the regional daily.

“This is a fight between homeless people, part of a cigarette story,” said the police source.
Two of the four injured were admitted to Rangueil Hospital. They were oblivious. A third, affected by carotid artery, is in absolute emergency at Purpan Hospital. The fourth, slightly injured, received stitches, says the Midi Dispatch.
