The Falcon 9– SpaceX rocket launched on Tuesday at Cape Canaveral Space Center in Florida.

It should have been the first flight of a manned missile from Cape Canaveral spaceport in nine years. Now the start had to be postponed due to bad weather.

Astronauts Robert Behnken and Douglas Hurley were the first to be the first Americans to fly from the Cape Canaveral spaceport in Florida to the ISS space station in just under nine years. But the start had to be postponed. Because of bad weather it was decided to postpone the flight of the two astronauts until Saturday, said Nasa.

A Falcon 9Missile should be a capsule of the type Crew Dragon send into orbit – both are developments of the company SpaceX founded by Elon Musk. The systems have already proven themselves when transporting cargo. Before the planned start, Musk had assured the families of the two astronauts that they had done everything for their safety.

US President Donald Trump briefly wished the two US astronauts luck with the planned flight to the ISS space station. “Good luck, God be with you,” Trump said Wednesday before launch at Cape Canaveral Spaceport. It was a dangerous undertaking. But the astronauts are “the best there are”. Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump wanted to experience the start on site.
