Governments around the world have discouraged all nonessential travel, and airlines are canceling many flights until the end of May. If the airline has already canceled your flight or has dramatically changed your schedule, you may be entitled to a refund or a travel voucher. If your flight is still operational, you may be allowed to change the ticket at no cost.
We recommend using each airline’s online tools, as call centers are experiencing extremely high volumes. As an alternative, consider waiting up to 72 hours before departure to contact the airline or the booking website, as many are prioritizing calls based on departure dates.
