The Prosecutor’s Office considers that there are indications that Juan Carlos incurred crime of laundering by the AVE commissions. In 2011 it was inviolable and that crime would also be prescribed. But in the subsequent movement of funds there are indications of tax crime and money laundering. Juan Carlos ceased to be inviolable by abdicating, in 2014, but it is graduated and the competence to investigate it corresponds to the Supreme.
