The Premier League did not detect no coronavirus positive in the sixth and last round of tests that have been done to 1,195 footballers and other personnel of the clubs, as reported by the British football organization itself.
The published brief informs that the tests, completed between June 4 and 5, they did not register any positive with only a few days left for the return of the English league.
The Premier will resume on June 17 behind closed doors. This will be the starting gun for the first of the nine days left to be disputed, although it is true that the Liverpool is one step away from conquering the title.
The ‘reds’ have 25 points advantage over the Manchester City of Pep Guardiola and, with 27 to go, they could proclaim themselves champions on June 21, when facing Everton at Goodison Park.
Liverpool have not won the English league for 30 years and has never won it since it was renamed the Premier League in 1992, since his last title dates from the 1989/90 season.
