Nick Cordero is dead. The Broadway star made a name for himself mainly through his role in ‘Bullets Over Broadway’. Now he succumbed to the corona virus at the age of 41.

His wife Amanda Kloots confirmed the message on Instagram on Sunday evening (July 5). Next to a black and white photo of Nick, she wrote: “God now has one more angel in heaven. My beloved husband died this morning. He was surrounded by his family in love; he was sung and prayed when he left this earth in peace I can’t believe it yet and the pain is everywhere. My heart is broken and I can’t imagine our life without it. ” With Amanda, Nick has a one-year-old son named Elvis.
Complications from the coma
Amanda thanked Nick’s “exceptional doctor,” David Ng, and thanked friends, fans, and family members for the support she and her husband had received during his illness. Nick Cordero had been put into an artificial coma. When complications occurred, he was taken to the intensive care unit, where he spent 95 days. Nick Cordero is best known for his leading role in Woody Allen’s musical ‘Bullets Over Broadway’. In 2014 he received a Tony nomination for this. Most recently, he stood in front of the camera for a Hollywood adaptation of ‘Rock of Ages’. However, production had been interrupted due to the pandemic.
