Meghan Markle had filed a complaint against the group Associated Newspaper Limited (ANL) which owns the media “Media on Sunday”, after the publication of a private letter to his father Thomas. The ex-performer of Rachel Zane in the series “Suits” claims a violation of privacy and copyright and claims damages for alleged misuse of private information. The article was published in February 2019. At the time the relations between Meghan Markle and her father were already very conflicting.
