Peeling (peeling) a hard-boiled egg without damaging the white can be like a real obstacle course. A TikTok user has found an unprecedented solution.
To peel (peel) a hard-boiled egg, there are a thousand and one methods. The most classic? Immerse it in cold water for 5 minutes before gently patting its shell. But today, thanks to TikTok, official misuse ofamazing and original cooking tips, we learn a whole new technique, to say the least unprecedented. It was the user Zach Crean who shared it on his account a few weeks ago. And good news, it doesn’t require any utensils, just a little dexterity.
His video showing him peeling an egg with his mouth has accumulated 900,000 views
Zach Crean’s method of removing the shell from a hard-boiled egg involves three steps. You must first lightly tap the sharpest part of the egg against a hard surface, such as a work surface, to create a small opening. You must then proceed in the same way on the other part of the egg, the wider one, this time creating a slightly larger opening. Finally, last step and not the least, you have to blow vigorously at the level of the smallest hole so that the hard-boiled egg comes out of its shell, as if by magic.
Of course, Zach Crean’s video quickly went viral with a total of 900,000 views and almost 1,000 comments in a matter of weeks. Be careful, however, as its author points out, it is better to avoid using this method for guests, coronavirus requires.
