US golfer Michael Thompson won the tournament in Blaine, Minnesota. The 35-year-old was given a round of 67 on Sunday for the second win of his career on the PGA tour and $ 1.19 million in prize money (around EUR 1.02 million).

In the end, he was two strokes ahead of his compatriot Adam Long. Third place, three strokes behind, was shared by nine golfers at the 3M Open. Alex Cejka (49) finished the competition in 46th place. After two 70s rounds at the start, the only German played a 68s round in the field on Sunday, just like on Saturday. Due to the corona crisis, no spectators were admitted.
