With the decision taken by the Kocaeli Provincial General Sanitary Board, soldiers who cause uncontrolled crowds within the scope of the new type of corona virus measures and which violate the physical distance rules will not be allowed to see off.According to the statement published on the website of the Governorship of Kocaeli, new decisions were taken at the meeting of the board in the context of the fight against Kovid-19.
Military farewells (such as organizing entertainments in open or closed places, creating a vehicle convoy, collective farewell, etc.) that cause uncontrolled crowds and are in violation of physical distance rules will not be allowed in any way.
First degree relatives, including the brothers of the military obligation, will be allowed to attend farewell from places such as the bus station, railway station and airport. Apart from that, collective farewell to relatives, acquaintances or friends will not be allowed.
In the statement, the decisions taken by the Provincial General Sanitary Assembly to send off troops were listed as follows:
“It was decided from the military officers to receive a letter of undertaking that they would not engage in activities such as seeing, ceremonies, entertainment and convoys that would violate the pandemic measures, especially the physical distance rule, including the period when it would be delivered to the union during the dispatching operations from the military branches. In order to manage the risk that it poses in terms of public health, it was decided by the district governorships to inform the related military service that the administrative or judicial obligations were established due to the fact that they had sent off soldiers in violation of the pandemic rules, had fun, ceremony or convoy. “
Those who do not comply with the decisions taken regarding the specified measures will be subject to administrative fines in accordance with Article 282 of the General Sanitary Law.
According to the condition of the contradiction, action will be taken according to the relevant articles of the law. Necessary judicial proceedings will be initiated within the scope of Article 195 of the Turkish Criminal Code regarding the behavior that constitutes crime.
Inspections and controls will be increased especially during the referral periods.
