(ANSA) – UDINE, AUGUST 10 – The Carabinieri of the Provincial Command of Udine since dawn today have tracked down 22 migrants who entered Italy illegally via the Balkan route. These are 4 people identified in Reana del Rojale, 5 in Pradamano and 13 in Castions. As for their origin, they are Afghan, Pakistani and Bengali citizens. Nourished the presence of subjects who declared themselves minors: there are 12 of them. Once the identification operations have been completed, the migrants will be housed in special structures to spend the quarantine provided for by the containment measures of Covid-19. For adults, alternative accommodations must be found to the former Cavarzerani barracks and to the Pagnacco Seminary, which have been declared red zones and therefore not usable. (HANDLE).
