In the last two weeks there has been a decrease in infections of 21 percent, explained Dr. Ricardo Cortés Alcalá, Director General of Health Promotion, announcing that in the last 24 hours there were 4,386 infections and 292 deaths by Covid-19.

The doctor highlighted six entities in which there have already been three consecutive weeks with a decrease in infections, which are, Baja California, Chiapas, State of Mexico, Sinaloa, Sonora and Oaxaca.

In total, there is a cumulative 480 thousand 288 confirmed cases, 52 thousand 298 deaths, and 84 thousand 506 people awaiting results from some symptoms.

He mentioned that there are more than 6 thousand beds with fans available throughout the country, although he said that Nayarit is approaching its limit since it currently has 28% of beds available.
