With 3,500 clients and 1.5 million documents signed each month, Yousign, specialist in electronic signatures, is recruiting more than 20 permanent contracts this fall to complete its workforce of 60 employees. This company, created in 2013, continues to grow and shows annual growth of 30%.

On the 60 Minutes Business set, Luc Palladivino, CEO of the company, details the profiles sought.

“We are looking for talents, people who are ready to quickly join an ambitious project. Our goal is to become the European leader in signature,” explains the boss.

The Covid crisis has accelerated the growth of the company, hence the need to strengthen the teams as quickly as possible. All types of profiles are welcome.

“We are recruiting in all technical fields, developers, at the product level, designers, HR … There is not a team in which we will not have recruitment. We are also recruiting managerial positions to structure ourselves in the best possible conditions “, adds Luc Palladivino.

Yousign is headquartered in Rouen (Seine-Maritime), where a third of the workforce is concentrated, but it also has offices in Paris, where another third works. The rest of the employees are based all over France and work remotely, either from their homes or from a coworking space.

“We recruit in our offices, but we are open to teleworking. It has always been an argument to attract candidates, it is part of our DNA”, insists the CEO.

The company recruits in different fields: design, marketing, sales, developers, care and HR

Or: in Caen, in Paris, elsewhere by teleworking
