This house built in Phoenix (Arizona) it was one of the last projects of the famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright before his death in 1959. Built in 1967 by his pupil, Joh Rattenbury, it retains the original circular structure that characterizes Wright’s great works, such as the museum of Guggenheim de New York.

After many changes of owners, it is back on the market for nearly $ 8 million, about $ 6.7 million at current exchange rates. According to real estate experts, the selling price is somewhat odd in this part of the United States, considering that just a year ago, in the absence of a buyer, it was auctioned for $ 1.7 million. At the beginning of 2020 it was rented for $ 15,900 a month, about 13,500 euros at current exchange rates.

The villa is located in the upper part of Palm Canyon with spectacular views of the villa and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms on an area of 265m2 in a 4,046m2 property. All the walls of the house are curved, some even inclined, and its swimming pool is in the shape of a crescent.
