End of the series for Bayern: after almost ten months of unbeaten play, the European champion fell heavily on Sunday, beaten 4-1 at Hoffenheim on the second day of the Bundesliga.

The loss also ended his record-breaking streak of 23 consecutive victories in all competitions, something no club in the Big Five has ever achieved before. Bayern had been undefeated since December 7, 2019 (2-1 at Mönchengladbach).
