C’est Moi Qui l’Ai Fait Pour Vous is a range of solid, organic, zero waste cosmetics, entirely artisanal and made in Paris. The brand was an immediate success, it is sold in more than 2,000 pharmacies and drugstores in France, but also in spas, beauty institutes and, of course, on the internet. The brand quickly became the darling of the media and is expanding across Europe.
Behind this success story, an encounter with Christophe Charret, serial entrepreneur with a big heart, who has long been working on multiple humanitarian actions.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
I have been rocked since my childhood by nature and the love of plants. I like simple and authentic things. Personally, I did not find myself in the too standardized offer of cosmetics.
As a teenager, I spent all my holidays in the countryside with my grandmother, who taught me to observe and deal with nature. Very quickly, I developed my own “potions” to soothe the little everyday ailments.
After my studies, I operated two organic stores and very quickly, I wanted to offer a range of different herbal inspiration. This is how B. Slim was born, the first product that launched Dietworld laboratories. B. Slim is a 100% natural herbal tea to help eliminate toxins and fatty substances on a daily basis.
Since 2003, we launched many beauty products sold in pharmacies. Faced with the disastrous state of our planet, it is quite naturally that the idea of the range that I have entirely formulated has emerged. Today, this range is made up of solid shampoos, solid deodorants, toothpastes and mouthwashes. All the products are 100% natural, vegan and zero waste.
The fragrances are intoxicating and have a “Madeleine de Proust” effect on most consumers. The success of the range earned me the French Excellence white paper awarded to the Quai d’Orsay.
Can you tell us about your humanitarian commitments?
They are as multiple as they are instinctive! They take the form of support and accompaniment of a homeless person, ad hoc financial aid to single mothers in difficulty, food aid, as well as administrative aid.
It is my heart that dictates my actions. I had a very humble childhood and saw my mother’s distress at many times.
What are your future projects?
I keep my environmental and social commitments, the order of the launches of the next products is dictated by my inner reason.
