New restrictions in the Campania region to contain the spread of the virus. Here are the points of the ordinance n.75 signed today by the president Vincenzo De Luca.

-The exercise and use of activities related to cinemas, theaters and live shows, restaurants and bars, weddings and ceremonies, are subject to strict observance of the protocols.

– Parties and receptions can accommodate a maximum of 20 people.

-All commercial establishments (bars, kiosks, pizzerias, restaurants, pubs, wineries, supermarkets), from 10 pm have a ban on the sale with take-away of alcoholic beverages, of any strength, and the blocking of vending machines. Over-the-counter administration remains permitted.

– From 10 pm to 6 am it is forbidden to consume alcoholic beverages of any strength in public areas and open to the public, including villas and municipal parks.

-The activity of festivals and fairs is suspended and, in general, any activity or event whose development or use does not take place in a static form and with fixed locations.

These restrictions, in progress until October 7, are to be added to those already in force. We remind you that the use of the mask and social distancing limits the possibility of contagion.

Uber may continue to operate in London, The chauffeured car booking company has won an appeal to Westminster Magistrates’ Court against London City Council refusal to renew its license Sadiq Khan was also against Uber The US online taxi company had immediately challenged the decision, taken in November 2019 by the London Transport Authority and fully supported by Mayor Sadiq Khan himself, following safety problems caused by Uber drivers found abusive. Uber guarantees greater safety The company has guaranteed that it will now carry out more checks – also for any criminal records – on its taxi drivers, who in the United Kingdom are a real army: over 45,000. Despite the revocation of the license and pending the decision of the court, the Uber platform was still able to continue to operate normally in London.A thorn in the side appreciated by passengers Even in the British metropolis, Uber has become a thorn in the side for traditional taxi drivers with the classic black English taxis (and also for the historic minicabs, usually driven by citizens of Pakistani and Indian origin), but the much cheaper prices have also conquered London passengers.
