Here is the recipe for the fine peach tart by Cyril Lignac (Tous en cuisine, M6):
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 4 yellow peaches, cut into thin strips
- 3 pastry sheets
- 50g + 25g melted butter
- 80g of tapioca
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of slightly melted honey
- 50g toasted and crushed pistachios
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Coat the front of the pastry sheets with butter and place them in a pie ring (or in a pie dish). Pour the tapioca over the pastry sheets.
Place the peach slices on the tapioca, then a little melted butter with a brush and a nice spoonful of honey. Raise the edges of the pastry sheets. Bake for 20 minutes.
At the end of cooking, carefully remove the tart from the mold. Sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
