Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons
- 400g of washed plums
- 200g flour
- 4 eggs
- 150g of sugar
- 50cl of milk
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mirabelle brandy (optional)
- butter for the mold
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Butter the mold generously. Add the mirabelles.
In a bowl, pour the eggs, beat them, add the sugar and part of the flour, salt, mix. Then pour part of the milk, mix, add the rest of the milk and flour. Perfume with brandy. Pour the mixture over the mirabelles. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
