Discover fashion through a comic, and the feminine side of Topolinia through fashion. Minni ready-to-wear is the title of the new series that Mickey Mouse, the most popular comic weekly for adults and children, dedicates entirely to one of its most iconic characters: Minnie Mouse.
The story, in installments, kicks off in number 3382 on newsstands from Wednesday 16 September and promises to be a journey to the (re) discovery of the “feminine side” of Topolinia. On the cover there is of course the historical girlfriend of Mickey Mouse who “parades” with a special dress designed by Giorgio Cavazzano, also author of the collection of 8 metal stamps dedicated to Donald Duck, which starts this same week.

The launch of the series Minni ready-to-wear could not fail to coincide with the beginning of Italian fashion week, from 22 September in Milan. The first chapter is entitled Matter of style and it is an all-female product: written by Valentina Camerini and designed by Giada Perissinotto. The plot is anticipated by this trailer: Minnie is looking for help to finish her cosplayer dress as Princess Sky and so she turns to her friend and emerging stylist Betty, in turn engaged in the preparation of a special dress, the one to participate in the competition organized by the famous actress Fiona Top. Mutual collaboration, “sewn” with a thread of sagacity and intuition, can achieve great results, but in the world of high fashion sometimes not all that glitters is gold, and the tripping of envious people to get to the red carpet must be put on account …
