The son of a dealership, Wayne Griffiths began his career in the family business before studying International Management and German in Leeds, UK. His career is linked to Volkswagen Group.
After his debut at Audi in Ingolstadt in 1989, he worked for Seat for two years, from 1991 to 1993, before returning to the German brand where he held various positions of responsibility. In 2016, he was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Seat. In parallel, he becomes CEO of Cupra in January 2019 before being appointed Chairman of the brand’s Board of Directors at the start of the year.
