The hut in the garden of Hüseyin Koluaçık (57) belonging to Hüseyin Koluaçık (57), which was used as a material warehouse with a total of 54 trees, was damaged by an unidentified person or persons. Koluaçık, who filed a criminal complaint to the prosecutor’s office, said that he would seek legal rights to find those responsible and get the punishment he deserved.

Retired police officer Hüseyin Koluaçık had 51 olives, 1 walnut, 1 lemon and 1 medlar tree in 2.5 decare garden, damaged by cutting off its branches by an unidentified person or persons. The door of the hut where Koluaçık kept agricultural equipment was forced and the glass was broken. Koluaçık, who learned that his trees, most of which are 10 years old, were damaged in Edirne, where he went for business, immediately returned to Turgutlu. Koluaçık, who saw that the trees he had labored for months in his garden were cut down, could not control his tears. Koluaçık, stating that he did not sleep at night, applied to the prosecutor’s office and filed a criminal complaint. Noting that the damage was great, Koluaçık said that he would seek his rights in legal terms until those responsible were found and received the punishment he deserved.
