Slou Barbecue it’s a restaurant concept BBQ digital, fruit of creativity during the quarantine, due to the passion that its creators Fernando Aguirre and Enrique Garduño have for cooking and especially for preparing these dishes in an artisanal way.
From the smoker to your house
The food preparation process at Slou Barbecue takes more than 18 hours to get to your table. It is prepared and cooked the same morning of your order giving the best quality and freshness. It is a very patient process, on Friday and Saturday they begin at 7:00 pm and end a day later at 4:00 pm with the last delivery.
They are experts in BBQ and slow smoking of premium cuts such as brisket, short ribs and turkey legs. From six to 12 hours of slow smoking, slowly.

Food to share
They offer packages for two, four and eight people or you can also order individually. Among the sides they offer is the artisan bread, yellow corn and homemade BBQ sauce.
100% of the food (meats and sides) are prepared by themselves in a traditional way and with a lot, a lot, a lot of love.
