The first stone of an imposing real estate project was laid on Friday in the town of Troinex, the Naef agency, which markets the whole, communicated on Monday. Called “Le Parc des Crêts”, it includes 368 housing units, all intended for sale in PPE, spread over nine hectares and broken down as follows: 40 villas, 263 apartments and 65 housing units for seniors.
The building permit was issued in 2018, the first homes will be available in 2022, while the site will stretch until 2024. In total, a thousand new inhabitants are expected in this district. (I f)
