All of Apple’s new iPhones will have the ability to use 5G, the latest generation of ultra-fast mobile phones, the electronics and tech giant said during a new product presentation on Tuesday.
“Today is the start of a new era,” said Apple CEO Tim Cook.
The first range of iPhones with 5G, iPhone 12, was eagerly awaited by the markets, a year after the launch of smartphones with 5G by the two market leaders, Samsung and Huawei.
The Californian giant is launching four new models capable of using the ultra-fast waves of 5G: the iPhone 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max.
This new range of iPhone will be marketed in the coming weeks at base prices ranging from $ 699 to $ 1,099.
