Since the time that I see this cake with zucchini and chocolate on blogs and that I wonder about its taste, its texture etc …! it was about time I realized it, only I wanted a really light cake, so I chose to replace the butter with mashed bananas and the dark chocolate chips with white chocolate. In the case of my cake, I was blown away! without butter or oil without chocolate but with cocoa, its crust is slightly crunchy and the interior is very soft so that your spoon makes the same noise as if you plunged it into a mousse! To do again without hesitation!
