Couples divorced with the new application of the Ministry of Justice will be directed to family counselors in order to establish healthy communication and to minimize the problems of children.
The Ministry of Justice focused on the divorce process, and identified the causes and problems. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that more children were affected by the divorce and this process negatively affected their psychology and development. An important step was taken by the Ministry of Justice to solve family communication problems with expert support. Accordingly, after the case is filed, the Forensic Support and Victim Services experts will suggest divorce counseling to the Family Courts if they find that children are negatively affected by the process as well as domestic problems. Courts will also refer the couples to counselors.
