The Argentine midfielder arrived at Toluca for 2019 and during the two tournaments played (Clausura and Apertura) he played 25 Liga MX matches. However, with the departure of Ricardo Antonio La Volpe and the arrival of Jose Manuel de la Torre to the bench, his participation disappeared and he had to settle for just playing two games in the Clausura 2020 and six more in Copa MX. While for the Guard1anes 2020 tournament, the situation worsened as it was no longer considered.
By not entering into the team’s plans, Mancuello sought his departure from the team and it is said that he could return to Argentina to join the ranks of Veléz, with whom he would sign a contract until 2021.
