- Grill the onion in a skillet along with the garlic, tomatoes, and chilies.
- Blend them with coriander, salt and pepper.
- In the same pan, add the canola oil, pour the sauce, the chicken broth and add the epazote; boil for three minutes.
- Add the chips to the sauce and allow them to soften slightly. Reservation.
Instructions for cooking the jerky * Cook the jerky on a grill on both sides, spread it out on a tray and fill it with a slice of cheese and a portion of the chilaquiles mixture. * Put in your microwave oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
Serve and accompany with cream, panela cheese, onion and parsley. You can also add avocado or an ingredient of your liking.
