Our super practical technique for pasta cooked in 1 minute

The trick to speeding up cooking pasta is to … let soak ! Rehydrated in this way, they become – like fresh pasta which is ready in 1 to 2 minutes – much faster to cook. Here is the manual, step by step.

  1. Place your pasta in an airtight freezer-type bag and fill it with cold water.
  2. Let the pasta soak for at least 2 hours or ideally overnight.
  3. Heat the water in your saucepan and at the first broth, add the pasta.
  4. Stir for a minute and you’re done, your pasta was cooked in 60 seconds, top time!

To save a little more time, we give you another very practical tip: heat the water in your kettle before pouring it into the saucepan that you will use to cook your pasta. The waiting time will be almost halved!

Finally, do not throw away your cooking water, there are many ways to reuse it because it does not lack resources, on the contrary … If you have planned a small sauce to accompany your dish pasta, you can also cook your pasta directly in the preparation for a dinner with almost no dishes!
