Penne with shredded beef

From A (sien) to Z (ürich): Quickly fried meat is available all over the world. Of course, every place has its own variant. Sometimes with radish and penne rigate, sometimes with Chinese noodles and soy sauce. Sometimes with cream and hash browns.

ingredients for 4 people

  • 400 g of pasta (e.g. penne rigate) salted water, simmering
  • Oil for frying
  • 500 g sliced ​​beef (à la minute)
  • 250 g Mushrooms, quartered
  • 300 g leek, halved lengthways, cut into strips
  • ½ TL Cayennepfeffer
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 g Butter
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 1 bunch of radishes with a little green, finely sliced, green

Prepare and prepare about. 25 Min.

Cook the pasta in simmering salted water until al dente, put approx. 1½ dl of the cooking water aside, drain the pasta and put it back in the pan.

Let a little oil get hot in a frying pan. Fry the meat in batches for approx. 2 minutes, remove. Fry the mushrooms in the same pan for approx. 3 minutes, add the leek, finish frying for approx. 1 minute, add the meat again, season.

Add the butter and the cooking water set aside to the meat. Add the lemon juice with the radish slices. Mix everything into the pasta. Scatter radish green on top.
