PF summit forbids policemen to participate in lectures without authorization

Since October 1st, federal police officers who want to give lectures or teach courses in courses must ask their superiors for authorization. The determination is contained in an ordinance signed by the director general of the Federal Police (Federal Police) Rolando Alexandre de Souza.

The document obliges police officers to forward requests “To the regional superintendent or to the hierarchically superior director in Organs central organs”. The text dates from August 31 of this year, but has only now entered into force, throughout Brazil. Here is the whole (124 KB).

In addition to informing the intention to participate in the events, the police must deliver the request at the beginning of the school term, in the case of courses; and 8 days before the event, in the case of lectures. They are also obliged to indicate the topic to be debated, the bibliography used and, in the case of teaching activities, the teaching plan.
