With the instructions of Seyhan Mayor Akif Kemal Akay, before the face-to-face education period, drinking water tanks were cleaned in the schools needed in the district, and free paint was given to school administrators who demanded. Renovation work was initiated in needy schools, where disinfectant and mask support was also provided. The last school painting work, which was carried out in a planned way, was carried out in the primary school in the village of Camuzcu District.

After the pre-painting repairs of the school were completed by the masters, the coloring process was carried out by President Akif Kemal Akay, members of parliament, vice presidents and CHP youth organization. President Akay’s painting process by taking the paint brush in his hand was followed with interest by the parents and students gathered at the school. The school, painted in corporate colors, will host students who will participate in face-to-face training.

Stating that they actively participated in the painting work in order to give a message to the students and the society, Seyhan Mayor Akif Kemal Akay said, “We personally participated in the painting work to show that we care about our students”. Chairman Akay continued as follows:

“We, as grown-ups, colored the school so that our children could receive education in better conditions. Let our children listen to their teachers very well in this school that we paint with their efforts. Let them be successful. Intellectual, free of wisdom, and conscience.” and they should heed the warnings of their teachers. May the minds of all our students be clear in the new academic year. “

Later, Mayor Akay gifted the students studying at the school with materials such as masks and pens that they might need during their education.
