Suzuki and Alex Marquez create the sensation

An eighth different winner – Alex Rins – in ten races, a “rookie”, Alex Marquez, on the second step of the podium like the previous week in the rain at Le Mans, a second Suzuki rider, Joan Mir, third and who takes the lead of the world championship: the 2020 MotoGP season continues on the theme of sensations. In a race where the choice of tires was going to be decisive, the Yamaha riders, who had dominated the practice, could not do anything. Fabio Quartararo, unable to turn his M1, finished out of points; Viñales limited the damage by finishing fourth and Morbidelli, also struggling at the end of the race, all had their share of problems.

Joan Mir finds himself at the top of the provisional standings, 6 points ahead of Quartararo, 12 over Viñales and 15 over Dovizioso, who led his Ducati to seventh place. New emotions programmed in a week, in the same place. With the same heroes?
