The fifth day of the Premier League continued this Saturday with in particular Chelsea-Southampton. A very lively meeting (3-3) which was notably marked by the gag goal conceded by the Blues. Before the hour mark, a blunder by goalkeeper Kepa allowed Adams to equalize for the Saints (57th). An achievement that is already going around the world.
German striker Timo Werner put his team on the right track with a brace (15th and 28th). Then, the Englishman Danny Ings had reduced the gap before half-time (43rd). Southampton then returned to the score following the confusion in the London defense (57th).
Kai Havertz quickly restored the advantage to his colors (59th), but the Saints did not give up and equalized in stoppage time of the game (90th).
What a mess in the defense of Chelsea … 😱 😱
