For the first time, the villages of Terter’s Shiharkh and Hasankaya, the civilian settlement areas targeted by Armenia, were screened.
Azerbaijan suspended its operations to save Armenia’s occupied territories on September 27 with the ceasefire decision after the meeting in Moscow, the capital of Russia. The Armenian army, which could not respond to the Azerbaijani army, targeted civilians during the operations.
While the humanitarian ceasefire between Azerbaijan and Armenia was continuing, Terter’s Şıharkh and Hasankaya villages, which were subjected to attacks by Armenia, were first viewed by İhlas News Agency (İHA). Seyla Saylova, one of the inhabitants of Shikharkh village, said, “Thanks to our country, our army and our president. Armenia always hits our village. They do not leave us alone. Our hope is our president.”
