What to do in Paris on the weekend of October 9, 10 and 11?

This weekend, despite the sanitary restrictions, we still have a few moments of relaxation. Tasty brunch, committed gourmet delicacies and a magical exhibition: ask for the program!

Enjoy a delicious brunch

Nothing better than a tasty brunch to reward yourself for a studious week and prepare for the next. For that, we invite you to the Rosie brewery, located in the 9e arrondissement of the capital, not far from Bastille. An unmissable spot created by Juliette Cerdan and Kevin Caradeux which offers many traditional and 100% homemade dishes. On weekends, the menu changes to offer its delicious brunch – from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. On the menu: Breton pancakes, bacon, eggs Benedict or Scotch-style Basque-style eggs, turfu croissant, puff pastry brioche, fruit salad, among others. All served in a cozy setting with meticulous and authentic decoration. Food lovers will only have to choose … We recommend their famous mashed sausage before finishing with a tasty rice pudding (to die for).

La Brasserie Rosie, 53 faubourg Saint-Antoine Paris 11e, reservations recommended right here.

Do a good gourmet deed

The month of October is now inseparable from Pink October, an event committed against breast cancer. For the occasion, Angelina provides her support by developing a unique pastry called Rosalie. In the shape of a breast and accompanied by the small pink ribbon emblematic of the cause, this delicacy with a praline heart is on sale, until October 31, in Angelina tea rooms in the capital. € 1 will be donated to the Gustave Roussy center, the first in the fight against cancer in Europe. The opportunity to do a good deed while satisfying your gourmet stomach.

Angelina, 226 rue de Rivoli Paris 1is, until October 31.

Take the eyes

Until June 14, 2021, we will take full view thanks to the superb exhibition “Precious stones, from minerals to jewelry”, in partnership with the jeweler Van Cleef & Arpels. Installed at the National Museum of Natural History, in the Jardin des Plantes, the retrospective offers a route made up of hundreds of luminous pieces, minerals, precious stones and other jewels. On the program: multiple colors, flashes by the thousands and a magical atmosphere. Wow.

Exhibition “Precious stones, from minerals to jewelry” at the National Museum of Natural History, 36 rue Geoffroy-Saint-Hilaire Paris 5e, from 12 €, reservations here.
